3Account Registration

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your pak998 balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times for bank transfers and card payments may vary. pak998 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• pak998 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposits identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the deposit reversed.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact pak998 support as quickly as possible if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.
• pak998 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion, including where fraud or misuse is suspected.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pak998 account are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Before processing a withdrawal, pak998 may require identity verification to be completed. This is a standard requirement and is in place to protect your account. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing and higher weekly withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in your account.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Engaging in money laundering or using pak998 to process funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pak998 staff or other players in any way.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

9Account Suspension & Closure

pak998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Underage use or evidence that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements.
• At the account holder's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach has occurred, your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10Intellectual Property
